Include more details about receipt in docs

Description

The documentation is not sufficient regarding the concept of receipt as well as what customization options Altinn offers.

We need to cover these topics:

• Ref slack thread in #studio-dsb, we need to include documentation of how the simple-receipt texts can be overwritten
• When is the simple receipt shown versus the normal/custom
• What is the difference between App receipt and Platform receipt
