Description

Altinn does not display inbox when closing app, if the user has logged in with OIDC

To Reproduce

1. Open https://udir.apps.tt02.altinn.no/udir/elevundersokelsebeta/
2. Select to Login with Feide
3. Select "Tjenesteleverandør" (Service provider if you use the english version of the login page)
4. Login with a known user/password.
5. The app opens as expected.
6. Close the app.
7. You are forwarded to Altinn's default login page

Expected behavior

The users inbox, related to the OIDC user, should be displayed.
