Format on datamodel on components is inconsistent

Describe the bug

This bug was reported by a pilot developer in an interview

The format used to display the datamodel fields is not consistent on a component. The datamodelfields are longer and contain more inforation in the dropdown list than when it's chosen and displayed in the input field (see scrennshot).

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a service and add a datamodel
2. Drag in an element and click on the dropdown "Lenke til datamodell for <Componentname>"
3. Choose a field to connect to
4. When you leave the dropdown list you'll see that the datamodel field is shown in a shorter format

Expected behavior

The datamodel fields should always be displayed in the same way to make it possible for a developer to know if they've chosen the correct field. A design decision needs to be made about if the long or short format should be used.
