Remove old PDF preview

Description

The old pdf preview (preview, not generate in dev tools) should probably just be removed. Its currently broken, and is kind of a pain to maintain anyway. Since we got preview using the actual generator that should be the prefered method. The old preview will not be accurate anyways.

Not really a breaking change, so it does not have to be removed with the next frontend version, but it can be removed instead of fixing it. Docs should also be updated a bit: https://docs.altinn.studio/nb/altinn-studio/v8/reference/ux/pdf/#forhåndsvisning-i-nettleseren
