Subform page does not update when changing url

Description of the bug

If you change the URL manually and try to enter a different subform element, the page does not update. Only a full browser refresh works.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enter a subform
2. Change the dataelement-id in the url, hit enter
3. Nothing happens
