Replace `subForm` with `subform`

Description

We initially wrote subForm as two words, but it should be written as one word: subform. Team apps also follows this convention. However, both "subform" and "subForm" have been used inconsistently throughout the code. This task involves renaming files and code to standardize the usage of "subform" as a single word across the project.
