Mock dataType in preview if missing from current layoutset

Description

Mock that current layout set/task that is edited in ux-editor has a connected datatype for preview not to crash. Then the app-developer is not presented with the generic "Ukjent feil" in preview when adding a data task from process editor and not adding a datatype immediately.
