Configuration Not Updated Upon Component Deletion

Description of the bug

When the configuration is open for a selected component and the component is subsequently deleted, the configuration persists.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Lage page
  2. Open config for a selected component
  3. Delete the component
