Update text in "Kom i gang" on overview page for apps
Description
We should change the text so that it helps the users find the guide without stating that something is difficult.
New text suggestion:
Keep the title "Kom i gang" and remove the rest of the text and make this text the link:
Her får du hjelp til å komme i gang med Altinn Studio

@Ildest here is the issue you talked about last week. I can't see your suggestion of the new text in this issue. You did made a pull request as far as I can remember (?)
Does not look like I can crate a pull request out of this @Annikenkbrathen - may not have the correct permissions?
Text is updated as expected, and link takes me to where I would expect to go.
One comment is that this section now takes up a lot of space and has very little content:
Is there some other way we can present this section so it looks less empty (or takes up less space)? Could we add more links? FYI @Ildest @Annikenkbrathen
If we have other links that we think can be helpful, it's a good place to gather them here. Do you have some suggestions on other links that would be relevant? @nkylstad
If we don't have anything more relevant, then perhaps there's no point in adding more there, but rather giving the box a bit less space, and give the News more space. I have an issue for extending the news panel here #12309
Suggestion: We could make the height of the box shorter. Here I have reduced the height by half.
(In studio, I couldn't decrease the size of the image in the inspector he he😹)
