Description

Set up frontend for migration of resources from Altinn 2 to Altinn 3. Linked with issue #10670

Re-establish resource from Altinn 2 to Altinn 3:

Start Migration:

• the blue box at the bottom of the page is intended to be an automatic process where the tick boxes are filled out when the user clicks the 'start migration' button.

Additional Information

The Figma design is not 100% for this task yet as there are som agreements that must be reached on how the ideal functionality should be.

• [x] Create Frontend GUI for re-establishing a resource from Altinn 2 to Altinn 3
• [x] Create Frontend GUI for the migration process page
• [ ] Connect Frontend with API for re-establishing a resource, and performing the necessary checks if the resource exists or not.
• [ ] Connect Frontend with API for starting the migration process
