Description of the bug

The selected organization should remain selected on dashboard after navigating through the app

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Select the Testdepartementet organization
  3. Open an app
  4. Go back to Dashboard, the selected organization is back to the user
