High cpu usage (infinite loop?) when bigint mode "precise"

During snapshot with setting bigint.unsigned.handling.mode: "precise" clickhouse-sink-connector stops inserting record to clickhouse and eating all available CPU. Tested on normal and lightweight versions, release 2.2.1.

No errors / warnings in logs.

How can I help to debug this issue?
