add support for $columns to use $timeSeriesMs

Currently the $columns macro produces intDiv(toFloat64(timestamp) * 1000, (1 * 1000)) * (1 * 1000)) AS t. Would it be possible to make it optionally output the equivalent $timeSeriesMs query?
