Describe the new feature

Currently if we have cached the metadata of a Parquet file that is stored on the object storage and after that we move the file to another location - the cached metadata is no longer associated with that file and needs to be cached again.

This could be fixed via utilizing the checksum of a Parquet file if it's available.
