Documentation: Get User Bio and link by name/UserID

This feature is not well explained in the documentation. Data needed:

  • [ ] Current user name (the @name)
  • [ ] Current user handle (the title above @name)
  • [ ] Bio text
  • [ ] Hyperlink
  • [ ] Born/Join Date
  • [ ] User ID (see https://github.com/Altimis/Scweet/issues/54)
