chromedriver fix, X login policy scrape fix

updated to include chromedriver-autoinstaller-fix to download the correct version of chromedriver for the latest chrome versions; env file and login required for scrape() after X requires an account to view Tweets/Xs

It's not working for me. Does it still works?

It's flagging me for suspicious activity now, so sadly not. Otherwise, as long as you fill out the .env file and pass it to scrape(), it should still be working.
