Several thousands of tweets just in one date, how to specify hour period

Hello! I noticed that there are a number of dates where tweets containing a specific keyword exceeds several thousands of items and headless browser crashes upon around the 8000th tweet. Is it possible to narrow the query to a specific period of time within that date, let's say — from 2021-07-28 12:00 to 2021-07-28 15:00? Otherwise It seems impossible to acquire all tweets in a day if there are several thousands of them. Or any other way to segment the load of headless browser (it consumed some 6GB of RAM around the time of crash) to avoid crashing...
