cannot move the mouse in osu game

it can move at the normal window, but only cannot move in osu. when my mouse in osu window, I can move it free.

Can you tell me a little more? E.g. platform, windowing system

I use it at windows. I found the problem is the crate using with the old cursor windows API, I switch to use the "SendInput", and it is working. It looks need the directInput at the osu window.
