Rename sand and compass items

Both share a name with vanilla items, which may cause a bit of confusion, and is probably bad practice.

I would rename the sand item to sand dust, and the compass to bow compass. It may not be a bad idea to rename quicklime to quicklime dust for consistency. Chalk dust already follow this naming convention.
