没报错，访问方式应该是localhost:9080/backend吧，我这样访问,浏览器提示无法访问，idea控制台也没有相应的日志

GeneralInterceptor做了权限控制，拉下最新代码，把WebMvcConfig里GeneralInterceptor注掉就可以了
