[Bug] - Update FancyNpcs API to latest

Currently, working build is 2.4.1 and it's broken on the latest build. Maybe it broke in 2.4.3 where a new Skin API was added and the old one removed.

"[13:26:53 ERROR]: [Plot-System] An error occurred while processing tutorial!
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.alpsbte.plotsystem.core.system.tutorial.utils.TutorialNPC.getNpc()" because "this.npc" is null"

We should support the latest Version again.
