[Feature] - Show open Plots for Player in CountryMenue

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, there is no way for an average player in the country menu to check if there are open plots for them. Which can be quite annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. A seperate per player (difficulty) number, like its in the CityProjectMenue for open plots

Additional context Kinda related to #150, it was a bit hard to find out that just there are no easy plots anymore
