Documentation of Camera Parameters

We realized many of the camera parameters are not described in detail yet. Questions are:

• order of parameters, e.g., in scene_bounds (undocumented parameter)
• units: relative to 0:1 of a scene or to a camera position or to the data domain
• defaults/heuristics once one sets one parameter
• orientation
• etc

A lot of these things probably follow some common conventions, but as domain scientist I don't know them and need a per-parameter description please :)
