Using v3.37 (421) When I submit a transaction a confirmation dialog doesn't show.

@aliveli186 can you help give an example of transaction that does this so we can reproduce it and look at it?

Doesn't pop up on a manually added test network. Simple approve transaction doesn't work.

Can you help give an example of such a transaction? A specific dapp and the actual to take, for example. (because it works for those we tested with)
