Polygon changed their native currency to POL

All occurences of "MATIC" should be changed to "POL".

Wallet Providers Update symbol: Wallet providers may consider changing the symbol of the native gas token from MATIC to POL on the Polygon PoS chain. Confirm embedded dApp readiness: Confirm that wallet-embedded dApps (bridges, staking providers, etc.) are prepared for the September 4th upgrade of the native bridge.
