In Receive pane: allow user to request a specific amount

In other wallets (including Trust) the user can set a specific amount that they want. It then gets appended to the content that's encoded into the scannable QR image. e.g. ethereum:0xd5BB30caD4440a1C87e51703D1b90994E2fa0644?amount=100.

It would be good to add such functionality into Alpha wallet.
