Display NFT ERC-1155 on Collectible Tabs

@justindg while you're doing the NFT collection switch can you add the contract type designator on the NFTAssetsFragment somewhere? Maybe we can also squeeze it onto the icons in the collections view but this should be on a switch. At least though, it should be shown after you click on an NFT.

Images for ERC-1155 NFTs aren't appearing - just a plain square shows with the symbol characters. Is the {id} substitution (with the 0-padded token ID) as specified in the ERC-1155: Multi Token Standard being done properly?
