Cannot Detect App

The problem is that I get errors all the time in the notifications section. Could it be because I am missing some app or dependency?

notifaction says Cannot detect app attempt to compare number with nill

could this be somehow related with something like this? maybe some not expected output from the commands described in the issue i mentioned before.
