Doubt multiple apps

Greetings, thanks for the project I like it very much, I have a doubt what is the correct way to run multiple applications with Secure-Desktop, performed the process with a script, but a window pops up to kill all the processes, if I don't do anything with the window the applications work fine, but if I kill the process it marks an error, Thank you and greetings
