optional profile setting: trans / cis

I would recommend, making it optional possible to set in the profile whether a person is trans or cis. This needs to be optional to not force an outing, but can be helpful for people being trans.

In our society a lot of people can not imagine dating a trans person. Meeting them would be a waste of time and can hurting feelings. So filtering them out can make it easier to use this platform as a queer person.
