[Feature request] Controller order reconfig

I'd like a switch-like option that would re-order controllers:

• Select the option in the menu
• Present a modal with empty slots representing all configured controllers, and instructions to press "Start" on each controller in the desired order, and "Select" to cancel at any time. There is an [OK] and [Restart] button at the bottom that is disabled.
• As "Start" is pressed, the controller name and icon are displayed in the next empty slot
• Once all controllers have been selected, the buttons are enabled, and [OK] is focused
• Pressing [OK] will return the user to the previous menu (or return the user to the main context); pressing [Restart] will empty the slots and restart the process.
