I have solution! The error occurs because there are parts of the dump.py file that use Linux commands, which are not recognized. Therefore, it is resolved by installing a program that enables Linux commands to be used in a cmd environment, such as 'gow'. [gow git link] https://github.com/bmatzelle/gow/releases

Also, if there is a previous failed record, the 'Payload' folder must be deleted and retried at the following path: C:\Users\ {specified user name} \AppData\Local\Temp
