MFrameworks need to upgrade to universal library

Due to the Apple Silicon release, the old /opt/MonkeyDev/MFrameworks/libsubstitute.dylib: Mach-O 64-bit dynamically linked shared library x86_64 cannot be used probably in M Series Macbook.
