Add AuthBaseUI.js to bower.json to keep it on cleanup.

Hi. I'm using bower with rails app. According to my deploy process I need to clean up all unused files from each bower components and then build scripts/css so on. Cleanup process removed all files except files that listed in "main" property of bower.json. That's why I need AuthBaseUI.js there.
