[Jetbrains Client] Rich Presence not displayed

When using the plugin in the Jetbrains Client for a collaborative code session, the plugin asks if you want to display presence (as it should) but does not display anything.

Plugin Version: 1.11.0 IDE version: 2023.1.x (Also confirmed for 2022.x in old plugin versions) Discord Version: Stable 213981 OS: Windows 11 22h2 (Also confirmed for Windows 11 22h1, Windows 10 22h2, Linux Ubuntu 20.04 and Linux Ubuntu 22.04)
