Option to hide "elapsed" text

Or maybe an option to pick between different styles? Examples:

  • HH:mm
  • HH:mm:ss
  • HH
  • for HH hours, but if HH < 1, for mm minutes
  • ...

The time field is rendered by Discord. The plugin only supplies the start time. That means it currently isn't possible to modify the formatting.

So weird, default text without the plugin is much more nicer to read
