AREPL needs to be capable of supporting other languages.

I'm thinking seperate extensions for each language but there would be a common arepl-vscode npm package that each extension would as a base.

arepl-vscode would in turn call https://github.com/Almenon/AREPL-backend, which also needs multi-language support.
