Support i18

Can i do i18 it? I want to add Chinese to it.

Hi @everfu! Looks like lit might be possible, but will take some doing, and it seems like it would exponentially increase the size of the wiki. I found this guide.

If you have any interest in suggesting a way to add i18 support to the wiki, that would be fantastic! In case you didn't know, we use weblate for translations for the content on almalinux.org, so this should follow the same way. We would work with the @AlmaLinux/infrastructure-sig folks to add the wiki to the AlmaLinux weblate account.

I'll see what's involved to get this hooked into Weblate. It would be nice to start localizing the wiki :).
