Add monitoring for test nodes

We need to add monitoring for the test nodes.

This involves:

• Create a test node specific Am I alive template
• Add the required items in order to trigger alerts when:
  • Zabbix agent is not available
  • The host is unavailable by ICMP ping
  • High ICMP ping loss
  • Host has been restarted
