[SMALLFIX] Fix some bugs in DoraLsCommandIntegrationTest

What changes are proposed in this pull request?

I have fixed the DoraLsCommandIntegrationTest and CreateBucketTest bugs.

Why are the changes needed?

Because we donnot have some properties in the ufsStatus and we need add some properties in local resource to test bucket.

Does this PR introduce any user facing changes?
