Support for Iceberg in Alluxio Catalog Service

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As per this document, iceberg is not yet supported for Alluxio catalog service. We are read only service and we don't want to change how the ingestion service clients are working so we can't change the path to alluxio in metastore.

Describe the solution you'd like If iceberg gets supported in Alluxio catalog service, we wont have to change the path and Alluxio caching could be supported seamlessly.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently we are using Rubix as the alternative for caching.

Urgency With hive, we have seen Alluxio is very fast as compared to other alternatives. We would like to use this for our iceberg tables to improve our trino performance.
