Add thumbnails for startrails/keo/timelapse to main Images Page in WebUI

Proposed Enhancement

• display thumbnail image for startrails, keogram, and timelapse in lieu of thumbnails on the "Images" page in WebUI
  • Will give users a nice visual to work with if and when they navigate to the page
  • Makes it easier for a user to quickly find a day's folder they are interested in digging into
  • low/no risk to any other processes or code
  • more "fun and friendly"

The code to do this is in v2025.xx.xx but disabled. We're not sure if we like it. It might be more useful once startrails and keograms have thumbnails - right now just timelapse have thumbnails.
