Enhanced data for the Allsky map

Allow additional information to be sent to the online allsky map

This will allow us to better understand our user base, what cameras are popular, what OS they're running, etc. This will require a "Privacy" page and adding a setting to determine whether or not the user agrees to upload the data.

None of the data in env.json should be uploaded.

Info to request permission to upload/store:

• IP address - the Allsky Map server adds this based on the IP of the device submitting the Map data. Only available to Allsky developers. Not used by the Allsky Map code but useful in debugging map entries.
• email - Not currently collected but would be very useful to the Allsky team when debugging problems brought to our attention via Map entries. Would only be visible to the Allsky developers. Possibly also request permission to send notices to users such as announcements for new Allsky releases or security issues. Would never be used for marketing.
• settings.json - Used by only Allsky developers to better understand how people use Allsky. Contains latitude and longitude (which also is on Allsky Map and remote Websites).
• configuration.json - no private data and is already available to anyone when a remote Allsky Website is accessible via the Internet. Will be used only by Allsky developers to better understand how people use Allsky.
