Jumpy / patchy timelapse video

Hi All. Got a problem with my timelapse videos where they appear jumpy and blotchy / patchy in playback.

Did this just start happening? If so, did you change anything? Does this happen with different browsers on different devices?

Closing - no response from user in over a month. If this is still an Issue, try adding -level 3.1 to the timelapse "Extra Parameters" setting.
