Properly define what needs to be done for the missing Admin features

In order for v1.0 to be commercially viable, we need to have proper admin features, with reporting tools, maybe even instrumenting as well.

We need ways to manage users, manage their permissions, the way they interact with orgs, add orgs, etc.

This issue will serve as en epic for these features. Once issues for each smaller function have been created they will be listed and linked here in order to keep track of all. Issue title will be updated.
