Missing ids cause overlaps with max values in group plots

If a group is missing (e.g. only group_id 1 and group_id 3 are present) but groups 1:3 are selected for plotting in a group heatmap plot, there is a blank column for the missing group (2) and the max value labels will overlap some of the heatmap cells.
