Join wave format of DAQConfigWave and AnalysisBrowser Config wave

We currently use different formats of the config wave for DAQ and the Analysisbrowser.

DAQ: GetDAQConfigWave AB: GetAnalysisConfigWave

Where in GetAnalysisConfigWave the DimLabels are partially replaced, even if an existing wave already has the DAQ config wave format. (mixed format)

There seems to be no reason, why we actually need a custom config wave for AB?

It makes working with generic functions accepting a config wave tedious as support for each variant has to be implemented.
