Mouse atlas in surface space

Hello all,

I am touching base with you because I am currently working on some mouse data and I would like to visualize my result into a surface. I have downloaded both the brain surface (/wholebrain.x3d) and the atlas (P56_Annotation.nii.gz) from this web site:

However, I have some difficulties to find correspondence between vertices and brain regions. Specifically in the brain surface file (/wholebrain.x3d) there are 31751 vertices, I was wondering if you have a vector file 1x31751 which specify what vertex belong to a specific parcellation value.

I was thinking if you could please help me with that
