add imaging_plane_group and imaging_plane_group_count to cache tables

It would be useful to have the imaging_plane_group and imaging_plane_group_count values that are currently available in the SDK dataset object metadata attribute also in the cache tables, including ophys_experiment_table and ophys_session table. This would allow users to know which planes were paired within a given session, and also to associate the same plane across sessions based on their plane count. Since the same planes have different imaging depths across days, the plane depth cannot be used for this. The ophys_container_id is helpful in some instances, but the ophys_plane_group_count would be good to have as well.
