README link 403

Minor issue: https://code.google.com/p/gomingw/downloads/list is linked to in the README. This and the rest of the project (https://code.google.com/p/gomingw/) gives me 403s.

Also the post on gonuts is also dated.

So far it seems to me like http://msys2.github.io/ might be the best option here.
